What began as a small shelter and a handful of dedicated volunteers grew into Animal Rescue Kharkiv, officially founded in 2016.

When the invasion began in 2022, the demand to rescue and protect animals surged and we answered by saving more lives than ever before. Now, in the fourth year of war, your support is critical to help us continue this lifesaving work.

As the war continues, every village under attack leaves more animals behind. Confused, scared, and often in need of medical care and food, they need your help. In Ukraine, where costs are lower, your donation can go up to 20 times further than it would elsewhere.
